The CARES program is a proven resident retention program. Apartment Life recruits, trains and manages onsite CARES Teams (married couple/family or two single adults) to assist management in building community and serving residents. CARES Teams recognize that residents want more than just a place to live - they want a community of friends, a place to belong, and a caring touch. CARES Teams are neighbors who make an apartment a home!

We are proud at Montevista to support the Go Green Initiative and make positive changes, so our children will inherit a world worthy of their future. We are converting our paper communication to electronic mail/email - to reduce the wasted paper, flyers, messages and mail send to our residents. This program requires us to collect your electronic/email address for all future communications. With a problem so big, here is a way you can make a difference.
